Joseph "Repo Joe" Delahunt is a provider of roadside assistance services in Los Santos and the surrounding Blaine County Area.

Recently Joe has purchased the empty Hayes Auto in Los Santos and is offering full maintenance services as well as repairs.

Paul Blart is new to the shiny SunState Community. He wants nothing more than to be a real cop but has the diabetes and is overweight. He also tends to take the law into his own hands which gets him into a bit of trouble with local law enforcement.

Due to a paperwork error by Human Resources Paul has been hired onto the Blaine County Sheriff's Department. This has not gone well as he has made several mistakes but has yet to be fired. He even unknowingly ran for Sheriff, thinking it was an entry onto a dating show, he just needs some love!

Deputy Reese has been in the service of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office since 2019. He prides himself in being a friendly deputy that everyone likes. Occasionally he tends to give a few too many warnings and can come across as a little too laid back.

Trooper Reese was known as taking a hard line as a law enforcement officer, but he has recently gotten into a little trouble. An incident on Grove St. ended with his brother Officer Reese with the LSPD getting shot multiple times. While off duty, Trooper Reese appeared on scene, then met the arresting officers at Mission Row PD while the suspect was being booked. In a fit of rage, Trooper Reese shot the suspect and immediately gave himself up. He was later arrested and made bail, then fled to Cayo Perico. He is back in Los Santos after taking a car salesman hostage and demanding his job back, will he now take on a life of crime to survive?

Officer Reese has been a member of the Los Santos Police Department since 2019 and enjoys his position of authority. Although he has an exemplary record, he is too firm and can get overly angry at times. His temper can get the best of him and he always gets his way.

Sgt. Lionel Axel Wrangler has recently transferred to the San Andreas Highway Patrol to fill an empty position. Wrangler has a deep love for the law and does not play sides with his troopers or suspects, the law comes first. He is known to be quite hateful and rude to everyone, he is old school and doesn't make friends on the job.

Joseph has lived most of his life in and around Los Santos and enjoys long drives that go no where in particular. Unfortunately this World War 2 veteran is easily lost and confused. He tends to forget his pants and is always looking for Sally. He seems to think he left them at her house 50 years ago! He can't seem to hold his bowels either...

Joesus Christ is a part-time cab driver, full-time preacher, part-time criminal. He spends his spare time "borrowing" money from local convenience stores and attempting to rid Los Santos of hookers and drug addicts.

Chad Chadderson is a clueless Chad with no real home. He usually just hangs around the beach but wanders into the city and sometimes Sandy Shores to see what is going on. He doesn't own a car or a phone and even forgot his actual last name, hence "Chadderson." He thought it sounded cool.

Logan Hogan is the newest member of the Devil's Horizon Motorcycle Club in Blaine County. He hasn't gotten into any trouble yet, but keep your eyes open has he will be going through an initiation very soon!

His name is Smirnoff Stolichnaya Pripyat, he drinks vodka, eats potatoes and kills large bears with his bare hands. The last person that crossed him ended up in several pieces, slowly carved apart with a dull saw while still alive, and spread all over Eastern Europe. He is the lone survivor of his family from the disaster at Chernobyl. After being abandoned in a closed hospital, he was found and adopted by an unnamed KGB torture specialist. As he grew older, the student became the teacher. His adoptor was never heard from again.

Jesus is new to Los Santos. A former gang member in Mexico City, he is on the run from the Cartel and the police. He came to Los Santos to blend in with the already rampant crime and make a name for himself selling "tacos" and taking over the Ballas and the Family gangs.

Bertha is one of Repo Joe's 19 ex-wives, and she doesn't have any kids, but is getting child support payments. Weird huh? She's been searching for Joe ever since he left Liberty City and seems to have found him. She's a truck driver by trade and tends to haul illegal cargo such as Coors from Colorado. She's also the prettiest woman you ever did see!
